The demand for women in law enforcement is real. The Chandler Police Department understands the value in female police officers and is actively pursuing qualified women to serve in our ranks. The Chandler Police Department offers an array of specialty opportunities which are available after only three years of service, such as Detective, Motors, K-9, School Resource Officer, and Bikes to name a few. Officers are eligible to test for the rank of sergeant after three years of service as well.
